Job Requirement
General Manager aimed at promoting natural agriculture project throughout Cambodia within community and farmer in rural area. The General Manager is responsible manage worker.
- General Management in the CNAD office
- Delegate the work to the subordinator and check their performance.
- Build report to the donor
- Developing and implementing plans designing training workshop, organizing forum, team working with the Event Manager and responsible for working with and support the Commune and District Councils to promote natural agriculture.

- At least 2 years experience in management.
- Knowledge and experience of Community, Rural development project.
- Ability to maintain relationships with the Government, donors, civil society and the media.
- Financial and administrative experience.
- A demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Supervisory experience.
- Proven understanding of agriculture.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of organizational business and strategic plans, tenders, other funding applications, operational policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in the recruitment.
- Project management and evaluation including budget and financial management
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Skype).
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills in the Khmer language
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills in the English language
- Good organizational/time management skills
- At least 2 years experience in management.
